Q: What is an Artist Agent/Representative?
A: According to the Agora Group - Artist agents professionally sell art and represent artists, so they will be bound to have more connections with collectors, event organizers, press, and other art professionals than the average artist. If you are not comfortable networking or connection-building, then an agent may be worth the cost. Artists are often known for being introverts, and there’s no shame in it.
Q: What credentials do you have to be an Artist Representative?
A: I hold a Bachelors in Fine Arts, conc. Visual Communication along with a Masters Degree in Science conc. Management. Austin Peay State University Alumni, 2006 and 2007! I am an Internationally Certified Instructor and have over 18 years of federal service with the Department of Defense. This is where I sharpened my business, marketing, networking, and promoting savvy. I have incredible influence with art institutions, galleries, universities, and potential buyers in the art market. Q: In what capacity would you represent my art?
A: I am the voice and established expert in my field. My goal is to properly posture you as a highly value and in-demand Artist. For years, our company and Artist community, Respect The Artists, has featured, highlighted, and positioned Artists around the world to be respected at a premium level. I am your representative and focus on expert level communication. I am the link to getting the SALE.
